The main manufacturing process of KYX quartz crystal oscillators is as follows:
Silver Plating: Improve the operational accuracy of the product by depositing a layer of pure silver on the cut quartz crystal wafer.
Bonding: Fix the quartz crystal on the base using silver paste (conductive adhesive). The fixed angle determines the fundamental frequency deviation of the quartz crystal.
Fine Tuning: Measure the output frequency of the quartz crystal using testing equipment. Silver can be added again for fine-tuning to improve operational accuracy.
Sealing Welding: If it is a passive crystal oscillator, it can be sealed with nitrogen.
Sealing Inspection: Check whether the product is airtight after sealing welding.
Aging and Analog Reflow Soldering: The product undergoes high temperature and long-term aging to release stress, simulate the customer’s real environment, and improve the reliability of shipped products.
Packaging: Use laser marking on the crystal to mark the crystal casing, such as model and rated frequency, to distinguish different products.
Final Testing: Test the electrical performance indicators of finished products to ensure product quality.
